Privacy Policy
At Zenqovix S.A. we value the privacy of those who use our real estate crowdlending platform. This policy describes which personal data we collect, how we use it and what your rights are under Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and the regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data controller
The controller of your data is Zenqovix S.A., Tax ID 30-71654321-9, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can contact us at hello@zenqovix.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect identifying data (name, surname, national ID), contact data (email, phone), financial data linked to your investments, browsing data (IP, cookies, device) and the information you voluntarily provide in forms such as the newsletter.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to: manage your investor account, execute the operations you contract, comply with anti-money-laundering regulations (UIF), send communications about projects and updates, and improve our services. We only send commercial communications with your express consent.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on: your consent, the performance of a contract to which you are a party, compliance with legal obligations (CNV, UIF, AFIP) and our legitimate interest in improving the platform.
5. Retention
We keep your data while you maintain a contractual relationship with us and then for the applicable legal periods (minimum 10 years for financial information, in accordance with AFIP regulations).
6. Recipients
Your data may be shared with: participating financial entities, trustees, external auditors, regulatory authorities (CNV, UIF, AFIP, BCRA) and technology providers subject to confidentiality agreements.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and portability by sending an email to privacy@zenqovix.com. You can also file a complaint with the AAIP.
8. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest, annual security audits and role-based access controls.
9. International transfers
Some technology providers may be located outside Argentina. In those cases, we guarantee an adequate level of protection through standard contractual clauses approved by the AAIP.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or changes in our services. We will publish the current version on this site and, in case of substantial modifications, we will notify you by email.
