These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Zenqovix platform operated by Zenqovix S.A. (Tax ID 30-71654321-9), with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Buenos Aires, Argentina. By using the site you expressly accept these terms.
1. Purpose
Zenqovix operates a digital platform that facilitates the meeting between private investors and real estate projects under the crowdlending model, within the regulatory framework of the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV) of the Argentine Republic.
2. Requirements to invest
To register as an investor you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity and complete the identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) processes required by the UIF.
3. Investment risk
Every investment in real estate projects involves risks, including market risk, construction risk, liquidity risk and currency risk. Estimated returns are not a guarantee. We recommend diversifying and consulting a financial advisor before investing.
4. Legal structure
Each project is structured through a financial trust or specific legal vehicle, supervised by an independent trustee and audited by external accounting firms.
5. Fees
Zenqovix charges a management fee on invested capital and a success fee upon completion of each project. The fees applicable to each operation are disclosed in the project documentation before investing.
6. Intellectual property
All site contents (brand, logo, texts, graphics, software) are the property of Zenqovix S.A. or its licensors. Reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
Zenqovix acts as an intermediary platform. It does not guarantee the success of the projects or the expected financial results. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or from the published information.
8. Modifications
We may modify these terms when necessary for regulatory or service reasons. We will notify you of changes at least 15 days in advance through the registered email.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
